So let's go cooking.
So we're ready to cook our basil chili garlic shrimp. You have to make sure that your pan is hot. Once the pan is hot, we can add the olive oil. Swirl the pan to spread out the oil. When the oil is hot, we can add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic. Sauté for one minute or wait until it's fragrant.
Now we can add our protein, shrimps. Okay, cook the shrimp. We just mixed it with the garlic. As you can see, the shrimps are turning into pink color. So it means that it is cooking already. So continue cooking until it's all pink in color.
Okay, once the shrimp are pink in color, we can add our main ingredient. First is the Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce. Stir the chili garlic sauce with the shrimps until it's well combined.
Now we can add another main food ingredient, which is the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. So this will add the saltiness from oyster extract. And now mix the oyster sauce with the shrimp and the chili garlic sauce.
As you can see, the shrimps already produced sauce and now we can add another ingredient which is the honey. One tablespoon of honey to add some sweetness on your dish.
Now mix the sauce again so that the honey will be evenly distributed to the sauce and shrimps. Allow it to simmer for another minute.
Okay, so our dish is already cooked. We can add the basil slices. So this are fresh basil. And mix again. Allow it to simmer for another minute.
And lastly, we can add one tablespoon of lemon juice. And mix it. We can actually add more water if we want our dish to be more saucy, but I think this one already has enough sauce. So it's, if you prefer more sauce ingredients, then you can add at least 1/4 cup of water.
Okay, we're ready to serve our basil chili garlic shrimp. So we're ready to eat our basil chili garlic shrimp. You can serve it with steamed rice or you can have salad as your side dish.
