First is one tablespoon of olive oil. One half of medium-white onions in diced. Two garlic cloves, minced. One teaspoon of ginger, minced. One teaspoon of fresh turmeric, minced. One small size of potato in cubes. One-fourth teaspoon of cumin seed. 200 grams of tomatoes in canned, diced. Our main ingredient, 200 grams of chickpeas in canned. And another main ingredient, the Kikkoman soy sauce. So one tablespoon of this one. And lastly is our vegetables. So we have 50 grams of fresh spinach. So we are ready to cook our Chickpea and Potato Curry. So first, you have to make sure that your pan is already hot before adding your oil. So first, add the one tablespoon of olive oil. You have to swirl your pan to make sure that the oil has spread out. Once the oil is hot, you can add the two garlic cloves, minced.

Once the garlic is added, sauté it for one minute or until it's fragrant. Now let's add white onions, diced. Sauté the onions for another minute, or maybe until it's translucent.
