Chickpea and Potato Curry Recipe Using Japanese Golden Curry & Kikkoman Soy Sauce

So we are ready to cook our Chickpea and Potato Curry. So first, you have to make sure that your pan is already hot before adding your oil. So first, add the one tablespoon of olive oil. You have to swirl your pan to make sure that the oil has spread out. Once the oil is hot, you can add the two garlic cloves, minced.

Mix the tomatoes with the ingredients. These tomatoes are in canned and the cut is diced. You can get whole tomatoes that are also canned but you have to cut it into diced. Allow it to cook for another minute. Once the tomatoes simmered already, we can add the main ingredient, the canned chickpeas. They called it Garbanzos in other countries. So you have options. If you prefer your spinach to be a little bit crunchy and with good texture, you can actually turn off the heat already. Because it's still going to cook. Or you can wait until it's wilted. Okay.
