La Orr's son, Lakut, is currently the head of the company and continues to make the same quality of sauce that his own mother would have, using the freshest hot chilies. So as you can see, it's not really runny, maybe just a little bit. But it has a really nice red color, and smells pretty pungent like chilies, and it smells kind of tangy.
