However, the green chili is used instead of the red chili. The paste therefore has a unique green aroma and hotness from the green chilies. It is normally used with coconut milk for preparing curry soup. So for the nutrition facts, this container contains 100 servings. Each serving size is two teaspoons or ten grams. And the amount per serving is ten calories. So this product doesn't contain saturated fat, trans fat, and even cholesterol and it has no sugar.

You can also find here a recipe that you can try. So you just have to check the back of the packaging. And for the expiration date, we have here at the top. So it contains the manufacturing date and the expiration date. So let's check what's inside. So it's like a small top. So you can see a small top and this one is what's inside. So this is the green curry paste and it's in a plastic container. It's vacuum sealed. And for you to be able to use it, you just have to open it. Let's check the texture. Okay, as you can see, this is the green curry paste. It smells good. And that's the texture.

It's a little powdery that is formed into paste. Okay, and once you're done using it, you can just place this back into the tub and then just go over it again. And it is indicated here that it should not be exposed to sunlight and you should refrigerate it after opening. So for the complete ingredients for the pork marinade, we have here, one-fourth cup of Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce. So this is one of our main ingredients. We have orange juice of one orange, two tablespoons of honey. So the other half is for the saute and the other half is for the marinade. One tablespoon sesame oil. One pound pork sukiyaki cut into one inch cubes. And for sauteing, we have here one tablespoon of olive oil, two garlic cloves minced or chopped, one medium red onion diced, some lime juice. This is one lime. Fourteen ounces coconut milk. Our first main ingredient, Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste. So this one is four ounces.

And for our vegetables, we have here, one medium carrot cut into cubes or diced, and then one medium potato. So this is also chopped or cut into cubes. And for the toppings, we have here, a few bunches of coriander. So first we have to marinade the pork. So put the Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce into the bowl and then we have here orange juice, one half of honey and the sesame oil. So we just have to mix this first and then add our pork cubes. So we can marinade it for just 30 minutes or overnight. So it's up to you. That's it. So we just let it marinate for about 30 minutes, or overnight, if you have more or extra time.

So we're ready to cook the green pork curry. Make sure that the sauce pot is hot already. And once it's hot, add the olive oil. So swirl the pan to spread the oil. Once the oil is hot, we can add in the red onions and garlic. Now saute the garlic and onions. So you just have to saute for one to two minutes, or until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant. Then add the marinated pork. So we have to discard the marinade and just get the pork and then add the pork. Now let's stir the pork. So just allow it to cook. Now that the pork is no longer pink in color, you can add lime juice, honey, and coconut milk. So you can use canned coconut milk or fresh coconut milk. And we mix the pork with coconut milk. Just wait for it to boil.

We can uncover it and check. Stir it again and add our main ingredient, the Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste. Mix it again to evenly distribute the green curry paste. So as you can see, the soup is changing in color already. Then add the vegetables. So first we have the potatoes and the carrots. Mix it again. So we like the sauce to be thick so we're going to allow this to boil first. We can cover it again. So after 15 minutes, we can uncover it and then mix it again. So after 15 minutes, the sauce is already thick and the vegetables are already tender, also the pork.

So now, this is good to go. We just have to put it on a serving plate and serve it with either rice or if you like tortilla wrap, it's also okay. So we're ready to serve our green pork curry. So we can top it with cilantro for extra flavor. So I serve it with brown rice, but it's up to you if you want to serve it with other rice like basmati rice. So this is our finished product. So for this green pork curry, these two main ingredients. First is the Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste and the other one is the Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce. So the main ingredients can be found at www.karmanfoods.com. Our selections are constantly growing and if you have any suggestions, please contact us at our website. So happy eating.
